Happy Nest Cabin

Our cabin is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with a large deck overlooking private wooded views that accommodates up to 8 people. First floor features an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms (bedroom one has a queen and bedroom two has a full and twin) and a full bathroom. Second floor has two bedrooms (bedroom three has one king and bedroom four has two twins) and a bathroom with shower. Sliding doors open from the living room onto the deck. Property also has a large outdoor shower off the back of the cottage for privacy. The location of this property is convenient to beaches 6,7,8, Community Center, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and golf course.

We offer Saturday to Saturday rentals in high season and three-day rentals off-season.

Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Rules:

1. Must be licensed driver to operate golf carts.
2. Fire pit must use screen.
3. Quiet Hours 10:30 pm to 8:00 am.
4. No parties.
5. No Smoking.
6. Maximum 8 people on the property.

Payment Schedule:

50% due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival.

Refundable damage/security deposit of $500 will be added at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

If you need to cancel your reservation and we are able to rent out the week you reserved, we will refund your money minus 10% of the total rental fee.

Rental agreement emailed by owners to renters must be signed within 24 hours of receipt.
